1. Detailed description of goods and/or services

UTP Mould & Die Pty Ltd is a tooling manufacturer, precision engineering company and the largest supplier of moulds, dies and components to the tool, die and mould-making industry in South Africa.

2. Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed on the same day if received before 12h00 or within 7 days if the item is not a stock item. Should there be a problem with the supply of an item you will be contacted by our sales office. UTP Mould & Die Pty Ltd makes use of The Courier Guy for our boxed deliveries Mondays to Fridays collection time is 14h00, once your parcel is scanned in you will receive an email with a code, the code will be requested when you receive your parcel/delivery. Heavier products are sent with Time Freight or a courier company of your choice. Costs associated with deliveries are incorporated into the quotation before you place your order.

3. Export restriction

The services and products on this website are available to South African clients only.

4. Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by UTP Mould & Die Pty Ltd is subject to availability. Should you wish to return a product/s ensure that you repack the part/s into the original packaging and UTP Box, contact the sales office via email or telephonically to organise a collection via The Courier Guy. Should you wish to cancel an order please do so timeously either via email or telephonically. Should you receive damaged goods please take photographs and email them to sales@utp.co.za, a sales representative will contact you to discuss replacement, full credit, or other alternatives.

5. Warranty

Any product found upon receipt to be defective in workmanship or material must be returned within 14 days. Contact the sales office as soon as you are aware of the problem via email or telephonically.

6. Customer Privacy policy

UTP Mould & Die Pty Ltd shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za.

7. Payment options accepted

Payment may be made via EFT or on customer account as approved by UTP Mould & Die Pty Ltd.

8. Responsibility

UTP Mould & Die Pty Ltd takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, Customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

9. Country of domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and UTP Mould & Die Pty Ltd chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature, 26 Dyke Street, Krugersdorp, South Africa.

10. Variation

UTP Mould & Die Pty Ltd may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
